RMH tailor has specific Shipping & Delivery Policy. This Policy are include following below:

Delivery Time:

The delivery times will vary from one(1) to 15 working days depending on some criteria’s such as:

• Where the items are coming from (local or overseas)
• The logistics partner used
• When your order is picked up

Here are some of our delivery times as to how long you will have to wait for your parcels to arrive:

Orders that need to be shipped to Malaysia will take additional time, depending on the mode of transport. For example, air freight will have a shorter delivery time than sea freight. You may refer to the product page for the estimated delivery date of you parcel.

Please note that these delivery times may very during peak periods such as our campaigns as well as unforeseen circumstances such as floods, border controls, etc.

 

Order Delay Policy:

RMH Tailor to confirm if order has been delayed, you will need to check if the ‘Get By’ date has exceeded the maximum promise date or otherwise. If you can find information by referring our website rmhtailor.com

If the seller is taking too long you can cancel your order from rmhtailor.com. If sellers failed to handover the package within the allowed timeframe, cancellation will take place to trigger refund and avoid further delays.

When your package status is at or past shipped this means the package is on its way to be delivered to the shipping address. Delays are unfortunately possible due to e.g. bad weather incidents or customs delay.

If the delivery is not successful within the timeframe given RMH Tailor cancel the package to initiate a refund.

 

Order Package Separately:

1. The items in your Order exceed the standard allowed in a singular parcel and therefore will need to be split into several parcels. As the parcels travel separately, this may cause you to receive them separately.
2. There are more than one seller in your singular Order. As sellers are in different locations, the delivery time for each of your parcel may very.

Shipping Delay time:

1. Origin of the Product – if a product is shipped from overseas, it will take longer time to arrive compared to a product that is shipped locally.
2. Distance from RMH Tailor Warehouse / Seller’s Location to your shipping address.

Shipping Fees Auto Calculation:

Shipping fee is auto-calculated and is visible once you have selected the items(s) you intend to purchase in ‘My Cart’ prior to Checkout.

The shipping fee for the default shipping option will be available in Delivery section on the product page.

 

Free Shipping:

Shipping fee with be deducted (Free Shipping) when you meet the minimum order value requirement. To get the Free Shipping, you need to collect the Free shipping voucher or Promo Code.
