Return & Refund Policy
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on the RMH Tailor website. The return request must be raised within 14 days for RMH tailor Mall items, or within 7 days for non-RMH Tailor Product items from the date of delivery. For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty. For more information on warranty claims, please. For selected categories, we accept a change of mind. Please refer to the section below on Return Policy per Category for more information.
- The delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
- The delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories)
- The delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired)
- The delivered product does not match the product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
- The delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)
Conditions for Return:
· The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
· The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices,s and accessories.
· The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box. If the product was delivered in RMH Tailor packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging/box.
NOTE: It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.
While handing over your package to the Drop-Off station/ Pickup Agent, please collect the RMH Tailor Return Acknowledgment paper and reserve it for future reference.
If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.
Note: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you in between 6-8 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no refund will be given.
There are 4 types of return Policies available on RMH Tailor, depending on the product and seller. However, If you want to return items(s) that you have purchased under the promotion of ‘ ‘RMH return Combo’ which are discounts received from buying in bulk. Then, you must return all of the items that have been delivered in one package to avoid your request from being rejected.
- 7 days Return to seller:
A return-to-seller policy is when sellers will either approve or reject a Return Request based on a valid return reason and additional feedback given by customers when initiating a return request.
As part of this process, you or the seller may initiate a chat for discussion on the return request prior to the Seller’s approval/rejection – you may dispute this decision if you do not agree with this decision.
The return validity (7 days) varies depending on the item. You can check your item’s Return policy and validity in the service section on the product page. The return validity period starts from the delivery date.
- RMH Tailor 15 days return
RMH Tailor items come with 15 Days' Return (the return validity period starts from the delivery date). You will also be able to choose the Drop Off time for your item to be dropped off at your selected Drop Off Location or request a Pick up for your item at your registered delivery address (subject to item type)
- Days easy return:
The service section on the Product page will indicate easy returns and the return validity are 7 days. The return validity period for your item starts from the delivery date.
- Non-Returnable:
Some items on RMH tailor are non-returnable due to the nature of the item. This applies to perishable goods. The service section on your product page will not be visible if the item falls under the ‘Non-returnable’ Item.
Issuance of Refunds
- The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
- The refund period/process starts when RMH Tailor has processed your refund according to your refund type.
- The refund amount covers the item price and shipping fee for your returned product.
Refund Types
RMH Tailor will process your refund according to the following refund types
- Refund from returns - Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (successful). To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy.
- Refunds from canceled orders - Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.
- Refunds from failed deliveries - The refund process starts when the item has reached the seller. Please take note that this may take more time depending on the area of your shipping address. Screen reader support enabled.
- After receiving our return product we take a minimum of 14 days or a Maximum of 28 days time to refund the customer's money.
